Refund and Return Policy

At tryst. Fragrances, your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We stand behind the quality of our perfumes and want your experience with us to be delightful from the first spritz.

Returns & Replacements

Due to the nature of our fragrance products, we do not accept returns once the packaging has been opened or the seal broken. However, if your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by photo/video proof of the issue.

  • Please do not dispose of the item before contacting us.

To request a replacement, email us at [support@trystfragrances.com] with:

  • Your order ID

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear images or a video of the product and packaging

We’ll assess your request and respond within 2-4 business days.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are processed only in the following cases:

  • Your order was canceled before shipping

  • The product you ordered is out of stock

  • You received a damaged or defective product and opted for a refund instead of a replacement (subject to approval)

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled or modified only before they are shipped. Once dispatched, we are unable to make any changes. To cancel or edit your order, please write to us as soon as possible at [support@trystfragrances.com].
